1.    All displays must be approved by the overseeing elders.
2.    PTP has a long standing policy of no school displays.
3.    Non-commercial, informational display space (4’) is free with paid registration fee. If eight feet is needed instead of four feet, the cost
       is $25.00. If one comes on scholarship, one non-commercial table (or 8x8 space) is $150; one commercial table (or 8x8 space) is $200.
4.    Space may be limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
5.    No vendors may promote any products during any class.
6.    Commercial rates as follows (selling anything counts as “commercial”):

     a.    A single 4x8 commercial table and space is $95 (space for a table is 8x8) with paid registration fee.
     b.    A half table is $50 for week with paid registration fee.
     c.    If you want a space instead of tables, then the commercial rate is $1.25 per square foot. A 20’ x 20’ space, for instance, has 400 sq.
            ft. and would cost $500 for the week. (If you rent more than 500 square feet, we waive the registration fee.) This must be
            requested ahead of time so it can be segmented for you upon arrival.
     d.    Tables (8’) may be rented for $15 each for the week (or you can bring your own). Tables must be requested ahead of time so the 
            convention center can have them set up.
     e.    Electricity is $20 for the week.

     Example: If you reserve 400 square feet, want 5 tables, and electricity, then the cost is $595 total ($500 for space + 75 for tables + 20 for
     electricity).

Speakers bringing items to sell also go by these rates, but will, of course, receive an honorarium for speaking that they may use toward the fee.

If you, after paying registration, have a single item to sell such as a self-published book, there will be one communal table provided where you (and others) may place items for sale along with a sign marking the price and an envelope or box for payment. This area will not be manned, and will be based on the honor system. The cost for this 1’ x 4’ space is $15 for the week.
