Wayne Jackson has served as a minister for the East Main Street church of Christ in Stockton, CA for the past 48 years. He edited the print Christian Courier for 43 years and continues to write for Christian Courier on the web.

Eric Lyons

Bio:

Eric has authored or co-authored a number of books, including The Anvil Rings: Answers to Alleged Bible Discrepancies (Volumes 1 & 2), Behold! The Lamb of God, Surveying the Evidence, The Dinosaur Delusion, and Truth Be Told. In addition, he writes weekly for the Apologetics Press Web site, is editor of the Explorer Series, and assistant editor of Discovery, the monthly magazine on Scripture and science for children published by Apologetics Press. Eric speaks frequently at youth rallies, Gospel meetings, and seminars around the country.

Education: Graduate of Freed-Hardeman University, where he earned a B.S. with a double major in Bible and history

Randy Duke

Bio:

Randy Duke is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.  Formerly the Chief People Officer for Gibson Guitar Corporation (Nashville, TN) and Director of Human Resources for Hood Industries (Hattiesburg, MS), he currently serves as President of Sycamore Valley Consulting Group where he works with a variety of businesses in areas of human resources and management.

Education:

BS in Biology from Memphis State University and will complete his MBA from University of Tennessee in December 2009

Jeff Archey

Bio:

Jeff preaches at the East Side congregation in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Jeff is also the producer and host of “Focus on Faith,” seen weekly on the Gospel Broadcasting Network.

Education: Nashville School of Preaching and Biblical Studies and also the Great Commission School in Nashville. He also attended David Lipscomb and Freed-Hardeman Colleges as well as the Chattanooga School of Preaching and Biblical Studies.

Bio:

Tom Holland preaches for the Crieve Hall church of Christ in Nashville, Tennessee.

Began preaching in 1950. Has preached full time in Tennessee, Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Education: Graduate of Freed-Hardeman College; B.A. , David Lipscomb College; MA.,  Abilene Christian College; Ph.D., Southern Illinois University.

Teaches full-time at the ETSPM and serves as Dean of Students.

Bio:

David Pharr has been preaching for over fifty years.

He is the editor of the monthly Carolina Messenger, a regular contributor to the Spiritual Sword, and has published several books and correspondence courses.

1988 to 1995 he was director of East Tennessee School of Preaching.

Jason Jackson

Bio:

Jason Jackson, his wife, Jill, and their three daughters Natalie, Kara, and Allison, reside in Stockton, California. Jason has served as one of the preachers for the East Main Street church of Christ for the past 17 years. He serves as the editor of Christian Courier and is the author of Stronger Than Ever: Heavenly Advise For Earthly Life.

Curtis A. Cates

Curtis A. Cates was born in Phenix City, AL. He is the son of a Gospel preacher and the father of two Gospel preachers. He is in his fifty-second year of preaching and in his fortieth year of educating preachers of the Word.

He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Bible, English, science, history, and education from Alabama Christian College [now Faulkner University], the University of West Alabama, and Samford University. He was graduated from Alabama Christian School of Religion [now Amridge University] with the Master of Theology and from the University of Alabama with the Doctor of Education.

He served as Professor of Bible and English at Faulkner University, Vice President of Academics at Amridge University, and Dean of the College at Columbia Christian College [Portland, OR]. For twenty-four years, he was Director of the Memphis School of Preaching, where he continues to teach and serve as Director Emeritus.

Don Williams

Bio:

Don has been preaching for 30 years.  He graduated from FHU in 1979 and received his Masters degree in Ministry from Harding Graduate School of Religion in 1984.

Since May of 2008 he has worked as the executive Director of North Alabama Christian Children's Home in Florence, Alabama.

For 18 years he has taught an area grief support class in places where he has lived. Some 500+ people have benefited from these classes.

Cliff Goodwin

Bio:

Cliff Goodwin is a native of the Anniston, Alabama, area. He is married to the former Beth Williams of Talladega, Alabama. They are blessed with one son, Cade (9), and two daughters: Kinley (7) and Lakelyn (4). Cliff is a 1995 graduate of Memphis School of Preaching and a 1997 graduate of Faulkner University. He has worked locally with the Ironaton church of Christ in Talladega, Alabama, for almost 13 years. Each week he hosts two television programs that are aired locally and on the Gospel Broadcasting Network, Thy Word is Truth and Searching the Scriptures.

Bio:

Brenda has served in the mission fields of Zambia (Africa) for seven years and in Tasmania (Australia) for seven and a half years.

Bio:

Renita and her husband of 21 years, Jeff, live in Cleveland, Tennessee and work with the East Side church of Christ.

Renita has developed Sunday school curriculum's and directed various Ladies' Days and Ladies Retreats as well as spoken in various ladies programs around the southeast.

Jill Jackson

Bio:

Jill is married to Jason Jackson and is the mother of three daughters: Natalie, Kara and Allison. Jill lives in Stockton, CA where her husband serves as one of the preachers for the East Main Street church of Christ. Jill has taught bible classes for all ages, has spoken at Ladies' Days and has written articles for various Christian publications. She is also homeschooling her girls.

Jeanny Gilpin

Bio:

Born and reared in Fayette, Alabama, Jeanny Gilpin has been married to Eddy since 1982. Their family served as missionaries in Tanzania, East Africa from 1991-1994. They have lived in Salem, VA since 1997 where Eddy is the minister of the Westside Church of Christ and also serves as one of its elders. Jeanny and Eddy conduct marriage seminars entitled, “Making Marriage More Meaningful.”

Sue Crabtree

Bio:

Sue has been involved in Christian Education for forty-five years.  She retired from Faulkner Unviversity after teaching in the education and Bible departments for twenty years.  She continues to teach girls' Bible classes at Faulkner.

She has been married for forty-seven years to Dr. James Crabtree, retired Dean of Amridge University.

Sue frequently speaks at Ladies Day Programs, and she and Jim conduct Bible Teacher Workshops.

Betty Jackson

Bio:

Betty Jackson resides in Stockton, California where she has worked within the East Main congregation for the past forty-eight years. She is married to Wayne Jackson, one of the East Main ministers. She is the mother of Joy (Jensen), who works with her missionary family in Tanzania, Africa, Jared, Editor of the Christian Courier on the Web, and Jason, East Main minister and editor of the printed Christian Courier. Betty has authored a number of class materials for youngsters and numerous articles published in various periodicals. She has spoken on Ladies' Day programs and taught Bible classes for all ages. She and Wayne have nine grandchildren.
